Commemoration of International Youth Day 2024

TEENS Uganda organized a hybrid dialogue with youth to mark International Youth Day 2024, under the theme “Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development.” This event highlighted the transformative power of digitalization in accelerating sustainable development.

Held on August 12th, the dialogue brought together young people and advocates from various sectors to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the digital space. With about 25 engaged participants, discussions focused on bridging digital gaps, exploring entrepreneurship, and unlocking employment opportunities for youth in the digital era.

International Youth Day serves as a global platform to amplify youth voices and celebrate their role in shaping a sustainable future.
